Package Details

✨ Party Fee: $120

• Covers 2 hours of reserved party space
• Includes studio fees for up to 10 painters
  
  

 👉 A minimum of 10 painters is required to book.
👉 If fewer than 10 painters attend, the $120 minimum still applies.Also a $20 fee will be added for each missing painter. You’re welcome to purchase additional pieces for any no-shows—these can be shared with your group or saved to paint at a later time.
👉 Each additional painter is $12 per person (studio fee). 

👉 Your party includes painting instructions, all supplies, plus glazing and firing of each piece.

👉 A maximum of 25 painters for the party.

👉 Provide your final headcount at least 2 days before your party. If any guests do not attend after the count is confirmed, a $20 per person fee plus the studio charge will apply.

👉Additional time beyond the scheduled party will be billed at $75 for every 30 minutes.

👉Parties take place in a designated area; the studio remains open to other guests

👉Private studio rental available (see Private Studio Party package)

🎨 Pottery Pieces:

• Pottery is selected and paid for separately on the day of the party
• $120 covers studio fees only, not pottery costs
• Special pottery requests can be made with 3–4 weeks’ notice
• Party packages are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or promotions.

💵 Additional Charges:

• 18% gratuity & tax automatically added to party total
• Extra time may be added (based on availability): $75 per 30 minutes

🔥 Firing & Pickup:

• Finished pottery pieces will be fired and ready for pickup within 2 weeks
• Party host must pick up all finished pieces and distribute them to guests

• Confetti, glitter, tape, or pins on walls are not permitted.
